President & Chief Operating Officer - Home Meridian International and Chief Operating Officer – Hooker Furniture
George Revington, a principal of Home Meridian International, led the 2006 creation of HMI through the merger of Samuel Lawrence Furniture and Pulaski Furniture. Mr. Revington served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Samuel Lawrence Furniture, which he and a group of investors purchased in 2000. Since 2006, Revington has expanded HMI with the launch of new strategic marketing groups as well as the acquisition of additional portfolio companies and services to enhance and compliment the companies’ core businesses. Earlier, Revington held executive positions at Universal Furniture, including: President and Chief Executive Officer, President U.S. Operations and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Revington began his career with family business Peters-Revington, then Forrest Furniture, which he and a group of investors purchased and later sold to Universal Furniture. He is a graduate of Amherst College and Indiana University Bloomington (MBA), and he completed post-graduate programs at Columbia University and Duke University. Mr. Revington currently serves as Past Chairman on the Board of Directors for the American Home Furnishings Alliance.
Senior Vice President US Operations - Home Meridian International and Chief Executive Officer - SLH
As Senior Vice President of Home Meridian International, Doug Townsend works on strategic sales and operations activities related to all the divisions of HMI. In addition, he serves as the CEO of SLH, the hospitality division. From 2012 to 2013, Mr. Townsend was EVP of HMI-Asia where he managed the global operations of HMI, including production, quality, product development and administration. From 2007 to 2011 Mr. Townsend served as Chief Financial Officer at HMI, and led the formation and integration of HMI’s U.S. administration and operations. Prior to the formation of HMI, Mr. Townsend worked with Samuel Lawrence Furniture as Chief Financial Officer, and took a leading role in the integration of Samuel Lawrence with Pulaski. Earlier, he held executive finance and operations positions at companies specializing in U.S./Mexican manufacturing and eCommerce. He began his career with Berkeley International Capital in turnarounds and leveraged investments, and Shawmut National Bank in middle market investment banking. Mr. Townsend is a graduate of Harvard University and conducted post-graduate work at U.C.L.A.
Senior Vice President-Finance - Home Meridian International
Dave Wisniewski joined Home Meridian International in 2008 as Vice President - Controller and was promoted to Vice President - Finance in 2012. Dave played an integral role in developing HMI's financial systems and consolidating the finance and accounting departments from multiple locations to High Point, NC and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Mr. Wisniewski served as CFO and was responsible for all finance, accounting and treasury functions, along with contributing to HMI’s short and long term strategies. Prior to HMI, he was VP Controller of Arc One, LLC and Controller of Morona Wire Corporation. Mr. Wisniewski began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He has a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and has his CPA certification.
President, Samuel Lawrence Furniture
Lee Boone joined Samuel Lawrence Furniture in March 2012. Prior to joining SLF, Mr. Boone was President of Legacy Classic Furniture, 2006–2012, and led the creation of the Legacy Kids division. Earlier, Mr. Boone worked with Lea Industries as Vice President of Sales, and with Universal Furniture as Vice President of National Accounts. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Boone is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
President, Samuel Lawrence Hospitality
Rick Evans joined Samuel Lawrence Hospitality in November 2012. Prior to joining SLH, Mr. Evans held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing with hospitality-focused American of Martinsville and Fleetwood Furniture. Evans also held executive and other positions with Sealy Bedding, Walters Wicker and Dometic Minibar.
Senior Vice President Far East Operations – Home Meridian International
As Senior Vice President of Home Meridian International, David is responsible for all Home Meridian International case goods activities in Asia, including New Product Development, Sourcing, Production and Quality. David has lived in Asia, and worked closely with our Asian employees and partners, for most of the last 20 years. During that time he has served as Vice President of New Product Development and Sourcing for HMI and Vice President of Asian Operations for Pulaski Furniture Company.
President, Prime Resources International
Bo Morrison joined Prime Resources International in 2016. Prior to joining PRI, Mr. Morrison was Vice President of Sales and Merchandising for Standard and Magnolia Home Furniture and led the creation and launch of the upholstery division. Earlier, Mr. Morrison worked with Ashley Furniture Industries as Vice President of National Accounts, and with Lane and Broyhill Furniture as Director Merchandising, Motion Upholstery. He began his career with Berkline/BenchCraft. Mr. Morrison is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Agricultural Economics.
President, Sourcing Solutions Group
Greg Noe was instrumental in the formation of Sourcing Solutions Group and currently serves as President. Prior to this position with HMI, Mr. Noe served as President of Samuel Lawrence Furniture, 2008 to 2012. Noe has also held the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer at Lifestyle Enterprises, and President at Pilliod Furniture where he led the companies’ product development and sourcing strategies. He also worked in finance and sales with Universal, American Drew, and Lea Industries and is a graduate of Carson Newman College.
As President of Right2Home, Kevin Walker leads HMI’s e-commerce business solutions group. Mr. Walker joined Home Meridian International in 2010 as President of Creations Baby. Additional experience includes Vice President of Sales & Product Development at Stanley Furniture’s Young America brand and PALI North America (President), Walker Sales (President), Mike Augustine (sales) and Simmon’s Delta Children brand (Vice President of Sales). Mr. Walker began his career with Bilt-Rite Furniture. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University.
President, Pulaski Furniture
Page Wilson became President of Pulaski Furniture in 2009. Mr. Wilson began his career with Pulaski in 1989, and has held a variety of executive and management positions including positions with Pulaski’s Craftique and Accentrics divisions. His management tenure includes sales and marketing, operations, logistics and customer service. He is a graduate of Radford University.
Vice President Continuous Improvement - Home Meridian International
Douglas Estremadoyro is currently responsible for all continuous improvement initiatives and support projects for HMI. He has held various management positions in operations and supply chain for HMI and Pulaski Furniture, which he joined in 2006. Prior to Pulaski, Mr. Estremadoyro worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their management consulting division and travelled internationally executing operational excellence projects for companies in multiple industries. He has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Alabama and Master’s degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from Virginia Tech.
Vice President Marketing - Home Meridian International
Mary-Price Furr joined Home Meridian International in 2011. Prior to joining HMI, Ms. Furr worked with American Signature as Vice President of Brand Marketing, Business Development, and Licensing; and Fine Furniture Design & Marketing as Vice President of Marketing. Earlier, Ms. Furr was Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President with BrandMind Marketing and R.L. Reid & Company, marketing and public relations agencies. She is a graduate of Marshall University.
